A bottle of El Dorado Enmore 21 Year Old Demerara rum. This was distilled in 1993 in Enmore's EHP Coffey Still (the world's only surviving wooden column still), matured in ex-bourbon barrels, and bottled in 2015 for El Dorado's Rare Collection.
