A bottle of The Macallan Distil Your World Paris Edition Highland Single Malt Scotch Whisky. This was matured in a marriage of sherry sesoned, bourbon and Cognac Casks, and bottled for The City of Paris in 2026 at 47.2% ABV. This was created in collaboration with Michelin-starred chefs and brothers Joan, Josep and Jordi Roca and took l’art de la table dining tradition for inspiration.
