Description

A bottle of Caroni 23 Year Old Full Proof rum from Trinidad. This was distilled in 1996, fully aged in the tropics and bottled at 63.5% ABV in 2019. This rum is a vatting of 22 barrels selected by the Tasting Gang. The barrels held a blend of light and heavy rums which were blended before maturation.
