A bottle of 1996 Salon Blanc de Blancs Champagne, produced using only Chardonnay from the Grand Cru village of le Mesnil-sur-Oger, and aged for at least ten years prior to disgorgement.

“The 1996 Salon is just dazzling. It needs a good bit of air to fully open up, but the 1996 Salon is simply a mesmerizing Champagne that sizzles with energy, cut and total precision.
