A Prohibition-era Medicinal Liquor Prescription, dated 7 July 1922 by Freeman's Drug Store.
Prescription for Spirits Frumenti, the US pharmaceutical term for Whisky and the only legal way to drink liquor in the US at the time.
This was issued under the authority of the National Prohibition Act by the Treasury Department with a Prohibition watermark.
