A bottle of Waterford Luna 1.1 Biodynamic Irish Single Malt Whisky, the world’s first whisky made from biodynamic barley. The barley for this whisky was harvested in summer 2017.This was distilled in 2018, matured for 3 years, 2 months, 1 day and bottled at 50% ABV on 3 September 2021 as part of the Arcadian Series.
