A bottle of The 1st Release of Single Malt London Whisky from Bimber Distillery. This was bottled from five first-fill ex-Pedro Ximenez sherry casks filled in 2016, which were previously used in a Jerez solera for several decades. This was bottled at 54.2% ABV in 2019.
