A bottle of 1959 Anjou Réserve du Fondateur from Domaine Touchais.

The 150 hectare Touchais estate dates back to 1787 and is still family-owned eight generations later. A percentage of the grapes are picked deliberately under-ripe to provide the wines with incredible acidity for extremely long aging.
