A bottle of 1990 Château Filhot 'Crème de Tête' Grand Cru Classé from Sauternes.

Filhot is a 62 hectare property planted with 60% Sémillon, 36% Sauvignon Blanc and 4% Muscadelle.

The Crème de Tête was a rare 'super cuvée' release from Filhot, made up of some of the finest wines produced at the estate from the lauded 1990 vintage.

This lot comes from the cellar of our Whisky Exchange colleague; author, wine educator and fortified wine authority, the late Godfrey Spence.
