A bottle of Domecq 30 Year Old Amontillado 51-1a VORS or Vinum Optimum Rare Signatum (Wine Selected as Optimal and Exceptional), also expressed for the English speaking market as Very Old Rare Sherry.
This was bottled from four soleras before Bodegas Domecq were sold in the late 2000’s by Beam Global to Osborne. It contains wines thought to be closer to more than 50 years of age, of which fewer than 1000 are drawn from the solera each year.
