A bottle of Gonzalez Byass Añada 2010 Palo Cortado Vintage Sherry from Spain exclusive bottled for Selfridges. Palo Cortado is a style of sherry which begins life as a Fino protected from oxygen by a thin layer of surface-yeast 'flor', before finishing its life ageing oxidatively, concentrating its flavour and alcohol. This is one of 350 bottles, and carries a bottling date of 11 December 2020.
