A bottle of Pol Roger Brut Vintage 2009 from a year that produced richness as well as elegance. Made from 60% Pinot Noir and 40% Chardonnay, this was fermented in stainless steel and aged for around eight years on the lees in Pol's cellars prior to disgorgement.
