Description

A bottle of 2011 Le Soula Blanc Vin du Fenouillèdes.

Gérard Gauby is often referred to as 'the uncrowned king of the Roussillon' in winemaking terms, and uses a largely natural wine-making philosophy. Le Soula is a joint collaboration with UK wine merchants Roy Richards and Mark Walford using fruit from diverse old vineyards.

This is a blend of 35% Sauvignon, 25% Vermentino, 20% Grenache blanc, 6% Marsanne-Roussanne, 5% Chardonnay, 5% Macabeu and 4% Malvoisie du Roussillon-Grenache Gris.
