A bottle of Waterford Single Farm Origin Irish Single Malt Whisky, Sheestown Edition 1.2. The barley for this whisky was grown in Sheestown by Philip O'Brien and harvested on 18 August 2015. This was distilled in the 24th week of 2016, matured for 4 years 0 months 9 days and bottled in September 2020 at 50% ABV.
