A bottle of Demerara Distillers - El Dorado 17 Year Old Guyanese Rum from The Scotch Malt Whisky Society. This was distilled on 30 June 2003, matured in oak casks, initially in a single ex-bourbon barrel, before being transferred to a second fill heavy charred barrel and bottled at 58.8% ABV.
