Description

A litre bottle of Wenneker Oude (Very Old) Proever Genever produced in The Netherlands. We estimate this was bottled in the 1990s. The botanicals in the main distillate for Oude Proever is soaked in a pot still for at least 3 days.

'Oude', or 'old' jenevers are not aged but rather are made in the traditional old style, with a small percentage of malt wine and flavoured with aromatic botanicals.
