A magnum bottle of red Bordeaux.

This appears to be a bottle of 1988 Château Grand-Puy-Lacoste Grand Cru Classé with a bespoke label created to celebrate the success in 1993 of Polish Artist Roman Opalka in winning the Kaiserring Art Prize of the German city of Goslar, Lower Saxony, an international art prize awarded since 1975.
