A bottle of Waterford Single Farm Origin Irish Single Malt Whisky, Grattansbrook Edition 1.1. The barley for this whisky was grown in Grattansbrook by Andrew Bergin and harvested on 04 September 2015. This was distilled in the 48th week of 2016, matured for 3 years, 10 months and 6 days and bottled in February 2021 at 50% ABV.
