A bottle of Chablis Grand Cru Les Clos 2017 from Vincent Dauvissat.

Les Clos is regarded as the finest of the Grand Crus (or 'climats') from Chablis. Its steep slope faces due South, receiving the maximum sun exposure, giving rich, ripe, powerful wines that can age for over 20 years.
