A magnum bottle of 2011 Volnay Premier Cru Clos de la Bousse d'Or from the Domaine de la Pousse d'Or bottled by Patrick Landanger.
The walled Clos de la Bousse d'Or monopole vineyard is located next to Volnay town hall. A quarter of vines were planted in 1958; the rest in the late 1960s and 1970s. The fruit was hand harvested, and destemmed and fermented with indigenous yeasts; it was then aged in French barriques (30% new) for 15 months and bottled unfined and unfiltered.
