Description

This lot contains two bottles of 1995 Recioto di Soave from Pieropan; a sweet white wine made from Garganega in Italy's Veneto region.

Fruit from 40 year old vines is harvested and dried on bamboo cane racks in a loft to concentrate for around five months from mid-September to the end of February. The wine is then aged in 2500 litre oak casks for around two years prior to bottling.
