A bottle of Waterford Single Farm Origin Irish Single Malt Whisky, Lakefield Edition 1.1. The barley for this whisky was grown in Lakefield by Seamus Duggan and harvested on 11 September 2016. This was distilled in the 9th week of 2017, matured for 3 years, 7 months and 28 days and bottled in February 2021 at 50% ABV.
