A bottle of Waterford Single Farm Origin Irish Single Malt Whisky, Hook Head Edition 1.1. The barley for this whisky was grown in Hook Head by Martin Foley and harvested on 12 August 2015. This was distilled in the 6th week of 2017, matured for 3 years, 8 months and 25 days and bottled in February 2021 at 50% ABV.
