A bottle of 1985 Riesling Auslese from Weingut Freiherr Zu Knyphausen in Germany's Rheingau region.
Auslese means 'select harvest' and refers to hand harvested whole bunches of fruit featuring nobly rotten clusters, resulting in juice with between 191 and 260 grams per litre of sugar.
