Description

A bottle of Henri Giraud Dame-Jane Rosé Champagne, a blend of approximately 70% Pinot Noir and 30% Chardonnay. Included within the blend is 6% red Pinot Noir Côteaux Champenois from the Aÿ Grand Cru, vinified from 70 year old vines, which has been fermented and matured in Dame-Jane (amphora/ demi-john). It then spends two years on lees prior to disgorgment.
