Description

A bottle of 2007 Egly-Ouriet Brut from old vine sites in the Grand Cru village of Ambonnay.

This was vinified entirely in oak casks, with no malolactic fermentation, matured for 108 months in Egly-Ouriet's cellars and disgorged in July 2017. A blend of 70% Pinot Noir and 30% Chardonnay, it was disgorged in 2017 after 9 years on lees with a dosage of 4 grams per litre of residual sugar.
