This lot contains two 20cl bottles of Vidal Canadian Icewine from the Niagara Peninsula; Henry of Pelham Family Estate 2017 and Pilliteri Estate Winery 2004 bottled for Fairmont Hotels & Resorts.

These were harvested at the pinnacle of Canada's crisp winter, the grapes are naturally frozen on the vine and picked when the temperature drops to -10°C.Henry Of Pelham
