This lot contains six bottles of Chateau La Louvière 2007 from the Pessac-Leognan appellation in the Graves region of Bordeaux in the original wooden case.
La Louvière is a 48 hectare property owned by the Lurton winemaking dynasty, and is known for both its red and white wines. The 35 hectares of red varieties are made up of 64% Cabernet Sauvignon, 34% Merlot and 2% Petit Verdot.
Please see images for fill level and label condition. Note general wear. Please note, the original wooden box is included with the lot. The shipping charge can be reduced if this is not required.
The Whisky.Auction team has inspected this lot and found it to be suitable for sale. However, please note the absence of a condition statement does not imply that this lot is in perfect condition or free from wear and tear, imperfections or the effects of ageing. We cannot guarantee that the contents of this bottle will be free from the effects of age, cork taint, oxidation or other faults. Older bottles often contain sediment. Wines are more fragile than spirits and older wines may be listed, at our discretion, for their historical interest rather than their drinkability. We can in no way guarantee that they are still within their plateau of maturity or to the buyer’s taste.
This bottle does not appear to be leaking. While we take every care to pack bottles securely we cannot guarantee that old corks and closures will not leak in transit.
