A bottle of 2001 Henschke Hill of Grace Shiraz, Australia's most celebrated single vineyard. The oldest vines in the vineyard, known as The Grandfathers were planted in the 1860s from pre-phylloxera European rootstocks; the first vintage released to market was from the 1958 harvest.
