Description

A private bottling of The Macallan 12 Year Old Sherry Oak En Primeur The Whisky Couple.

'On 7 August 2009, Hans and Becky Offringa (aka The Whisky Couple) filled their own "En Primeur" cask, a Spanish oak ex-sherry hogshead, at The Macallan Distillery. Samples were sent to them annually to monitor maturation, until on 1 June 2022 it was bottled by The Macallan at 12 years old. The cask yielded 406 bottles; this is no. 406.
