A bottle of Waterford Single Farm Origin Irish Single Malt Whisky, Bannow Island Edition 1.1. The barley for this whisky was grown on Bannow Island by Ed Harpur and harvested on 7 September 2015. This was distilled in the 25th week of 2016, matured for 3 years 7 months 27 days and bottled in 2020 at 50% ABV.
