Description

Ninefold Distillery is a multi-award winning micro rum distillery in southern Scotland. Watson’s Reserve is their distillery exclusive series of releases, and this lot is the first release, Edition #1. Exceptionally rare, with just 30 bottles in existence, this is a 3 year old Scottish rum, made up of at least 10 experimental batches and aged in virgin American oak and ex-oloroso ex-Speyside whisky casks. Deep, rich, sweet sherry notes with plenty of oak, toffee, butterscotch and caramel, this drinks far easier than its 59% ABV belies.
