Description

This lot contains two bottles of Enmore Heavy Proof Demerara Rum aged in tropical and continental ex bourbon barrels and bottled after Triple Cask at cask strength of 51.6% ABV in August 2021 by Jack Tar Holding Ltd., and Project 1091.

The three casks used to produce this blend are as follows:

1 x cask no. 42 distilled in 1988 at Enmore Distillery, 51.2% ABV;

1 x cask no. 40 distilled in 1990 at Enmore Distillery, 54.8% ABV;

1 x cask no. 55 distilled in 1990 at Enmore Distillery, 53.3% ABV;

This comes from a total of 503 bottles divided as follows: Alpha 251 bottles and Omega 252 bottles.

This comes with wooden stamp.
