A bottle of El Dorado 16 Year Old Demerara rum. This was distilled in 2001 in Port Mourant's Wooden Double Pot Still (the world's only operational still of its kind), and Diamond Coffey Pot Still and especially bottled in 2017 for the 70th Velier anniversary.
