A bottle of Caroni Trinidad 1993 The Beast #3 rum, matured in an ex-bourbon barrel for 29 years and bottled by The 1423 Single Barrel Selection at a cask strength of 49.6% ABV in June 2022. This is one of 198 bottles.

This barrel was nicknamed “The Beast” by the SBS team because of its all but opaque black colour and intense flavour profile.
