A bottle of 1985 Clos de Tart from Famille Mommessin, a Grand Cru Monopole vineyard.

'Only trace bricking. A remarkably elegant and spicy nose that is now fully mature reveals the initial hints of sous bois while leading to rich, full, delicious and very complex mouth coating flavors of superb depth and length. This is very impressive juice and still holding perfectly and the '85 is easily the best vintage of the decade for Clos de Tart. 93/100' Allan Meadows, Burghound, tasted 2016
