A bottle of 1998 Chambertin from Burgundy producer Domaine Rossignol Trapet, run by brothers Nicolas and David Rossignol who have managed the family estate since 1990.They began farming their vines biodynamically in 1997 before achieving full certification for all 13 hectares of their holdings in 2005.
Their parcel of Le Chambertin is a single block with vines running from the base to virtually the top of the hill, with the oldest vines dating back to 1919.
