A bottle of 2000 Opus One, a red wine from Napa Valley, California, produced and bottled by Robert Mondavi and Baron Philippe de Rothschild. The 2000 vintage was the product of a long, cool growing season, and the final blend was composed of 84% Cabernet Sauvignon, 6% Merlot, 5% Cabernet Franc, 3% Malbec and 2% Petit Verdot.
