A bottle of 1979 Château Cheval Blanc Saint-Emilion 1er Grand Cru Classé. Originally forming part of Château Figeac, Cheval Blanc came into being in its own right in 1853. It is now a 37 hectare estate planted with 58% Cabernet Franc and 42% Merlot.
