A bottle of Appleton Estate Ruby Jamaica rum Joy Spence Anniversary edition, released in 2022 to celebrate Master Blender Joy Spence's 40th anniversary of working at the estate. This is a blend of 35 to 45 year old rums, and is one of 500 bottles.
