Description

A 20cl bottle of 1 year old spirit from Eden Mill distillery, St. Andrews. This was distilled from two barley varieties: Golden Promise Pale Malt and Chocolate Malt, and was matured in cask for one year prior to bottling.

While this has not been matured for the 3 years required by law to earn the name Scotch Whisky, the producers offered this young spirit as an indication of what to expect from the eventual single malt.
