Description

A 150cl magnum of Binet Fils Champagne. This is the UK Cuvee, produced for London wine merchant Berry Bros.

Binet and Berry Bros have a joint agreement guaranteeing that the non-vintage UKC has a minimum of 30 months lying 'sur lattes', on its lees, rather than the statutory 15 months. After disgorgement, it has a 2 month settling period in Rilly-la-Montagne, followed by a further 4 months at Berry Bros' warehouse prior to sale.
