Bottled Late 1960s-1970s - Baccarat Crystal

A bottle of Remy Martin Louis XIII Cognac, presented in a Baccarat crystal decanter with stopper. This is composed of Grande Champagne eaux-de-vie aged between 40 and 100 years and is presented in a crystal decanter. We estimate this was bottled in the late 1960s to 1970s.
The neck tag reads: This decanter is the exact replica of a bottle discovered on the site of the Battle of Jarnac, which took place in 1569 between Catholics led by the Duke of Anjou and Protestants led by the Prince of Condé. The original bottle was found on the battle site, and acquired by Monsieur Rémy Martin at the beginning of this century. Reproductions of this decanter were then used the contain the very rare Cognacs by Rémy Martin for different royal families.
