A bottle of UE Decennale Nonino Grappa, produced from a method developed in 1984 by Benito and Giannola Nonino in which the skin, pulp and grape juice are distilled in the same single operation, with the aim being to produce a spirit with the the elegance of wine distillate and the character of grappa.
