A bottle of 2007 Bâtard-Montrachet Grand Cru, from Domaine Marc Morey, a 9.5 hectare estate founded after the first world war by Fernand Morey.

Located just under the Le Montrachet vineyard itself, Bâtard-Montrachet is one of the most celebrated white wine vineyards itself, responsible for its rich, hedonistic style. At just over 11 hectares, production for the entire appellation is around 63,000 bottles per year.
