A bottle of Hildegardishof 1994 Binger Bubenstück Kerner (a Trollinger and Riesling crossing) and Scheurebe (a Silvaner and Riesling cross) Beerenauslese from Germany's Rheinhessen region.
Beerenauslese is a designation referring to nobly rotten grapes picked at sugar levels exceeding 260 grams per litre of residual sugar in the finished wine.
