A magnum bottle of Providence Matakana 1999 from the north-facing Matakana vineyard, 60 kilometres north of Auckland in New Zealand's North Island. This is a blend of 70% Merlot, 20% Cabernet Franc and 10% Malbec, which was matured for 20 to 24 months in new French Nevers oak barriques. It was naturally made with no herbicides, fertilisers or cultured yeasts.
