A bottle of El Dorado 20 Year Old Demerara rum. This was distilled in 1997 in Port Mourant's Wooden Double Pot Still (the world's only operational still of its kind), matured in ex-bourbon barrels, and bottled in 2017 for El Dorado's Rare Collection.
