Description

A bottle of 2016 Morey Saint Denis Premier Cru Aux Charmes from Domaine Pierre Amiot et Fils. The Amiots have been making wine in the Côtes de Nuits for five generations and practice low intervention viticulture from low yields of around 25-35 hectoliters per hectare. Amiot’s plot of Charmes is a single acre of 50 year old vines producing around 200 cases per year.
