This was first published in 2009.Chapters include: Historial Overview, Appreciating Whisky, Understanding the Label, A Taxonomy of Scotch, Regional Differences & Key to Entries and Scotch; the second book is The Whisky of Scotland in Fact and Story, by Sir Robert Bruce Lockhart. This was first published in 1951 and this sixth edition was published in 1996.Chapters include: The Water of Life, The Whisky Barons, War and Prohibition and Dollars.
